1. If a traveler cancels 24 hours prior the pick-up time, then full refund will be provided by us.
2. If a traveler cancels within 24 hours prior the pick-up time, no refund.
3. Traveler have to call us and informed us about booking canceallation.
4. The amount will be refunded approximately within 5 business days.
